This chat assistant ("the Assistant") is provided to this business ("the Business") by AI Front Desk ("we", "the Operator"). For the personal data you enter here, the Business is the data controller and the Operator acts as its processor. You are chatting with an AI assistant, not a human.

What data we collect

• Booking details you provide voluntarily: your name, phone number or email, the service you are interested in, and your preferred date/time.
• Chat messages: the text of your conversation with the Assistant, stored to keep the dialog context and improve service quality.
• A technical session identifier stored in your browser (localStorage) so the chat remembers your conversation. This is strictly necessary for the chat to function — we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process booking details on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request prior to providing a service (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR). The strictly necessary session identifier is processed on the basis of the Business's legitimate interest in operating the chat (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time by not submitting a request and clearing your browser storage.

How we use it

• Booking details are passed to the Business so its staff can confirm your appointment and contact you.
• Chat messages are processed by a third-party AI language-model provider solely to generate responses. They are not used to train models and are not sold.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone except the Business you are contacting and the service providers listed below.

International data transfers

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept by the Business for as long as needed to manage your appointment and meet its record-keeping obligations. Chat history is kept for service-quality purposes and is deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

GDPR (EEA/UK): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar US state laws: you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.
